Payroll processing - printing DD Advice Form

pI am getting the following error in the event log:

System Message 6232: No Employees have been selected to be printed.

I am processing a monthly check the owner gets. I have to change the checking AC# so this prompts me to Approve the Pre-Note. When I do that a message shows that there is a check already process and it will not be effected by this new pre-note.

Then After calculating, viewing the check preview (check is present) then trying to print the DD Advice Slip I get the error messages stated above. Then in turn I can not Create and Send the ACH.

First,  you don't need to do any changing to print a check for a Direct Depositor.  All you do is Calculation.   Then in the Checks screen >options tab,  select to print a check for direct depositors.  That way you are not having to keep approving prenotes, etc for this employee.

I suspect that you will find a check in the Check printing screen for this employees.  Verify in Checks that there are no batches (f3 on the batch numbers).  Then clear calculations.  Do this in Payroll Calculations.   Select the box at the upper left to clear calculation.   Then select the tab at the bottom to Clear Selections and Begin Processing.

Now select the employee again for calculation.

I am receiving the same error in the same screen.  Everything is setup correctly.  In the Check Preview screen, 16 employees are set to receive DD Advice Slips, but none print.
