Thank you very much Rick for your answer. I had not reply before because I am still trying to make a test. My doubt was because I had migrated from version 6.0 to 2011FP1 once without problem, but I installed 2011FP1 SP3 and started to have problems.

The database maintenance scripts provided with SL 2011 only cover going from version 6.5 to SL 2011.  I believe your only choice is to first install 6.5 and run database maintenance to move 6.0 to 6.5.  You can then install SL 2011 FP1 and run that database maintenance.

If you tried to skip the 6.0 to 6.5 process (I suspect it would not even let you skip it), you would be missing any database modifications that version 6.5 introduced.

having said this, if you are very clever, you could install SL 6.5 on a test workstation as a single user version and install SL 2011 FP1 on your application server.  You would then have to save the contents of the DB folder on the application server and the contents of the SM folder on the application server, copy the contents of both from that workstation to the application server, run the database maintenance process using that copied version to take you from 6.0 to 6.5 and then restore the DB and SM folders for version 2011 FP1 and run database maintenance again to take you from 6.5 to 2011 FP1.  Not sure that would save a lot of time but the database maintenance is a spate process from Dynamics SL ERP launching so this would work.  As always, you would want to make sure you have good SQL backups of your system and application databases.
