if you are using web client you can use the below

The better example is to open the contact page from an incoming call or from an event from a scale.

Hi,
If you want to get information from NAV page in an external system then you can create a web service in NAV for that page and publish it. Then you can access all data attached to that page by using the URL of that web service.
