Hello Alagu,
The logged in user is in active directory and also belongs to PrivUserGroup.
the next thing CRMAppPool identity i didn't understand it.
can you elaborate how check this.
i have assign write permission to this user on the CustomizationImport folder .
this user means the current logged in user to which i was getting error.
one more thing by using the same user i am able to create the lead record.
but not able to create the custom entity record.(i have custom entity).
this custom entity has a plugin registered on create step.
also i tried to debug the plugin but while trying to debug the plugin getting the error as below.
Unhandled Exception: System.InvalidOperationException: The plug-in type "plugin type" does not exist in the specified assembly.
Open IIS, in your CRM website check application pool. Click that application pool and click advance settings-> go to identity click check which account you have choosed that should be in the CRM group
In my case it is Built in Account is "NetworkService".
Then the Network Service account is the one that needs access to the folder. In Windows Explorer, navigate to the folder, right-click it and select Properties -> Security -> Edit. Add the Network Service account to the list of users and make sure the Modify box is checked.
I have given the permission to the folder but here is one clue.
this permission i have given to the logger folder which would have been used for the logging purpose of any error occurred in the plugin.
