Hi,

Can someone please explain to me why the contract for Project is not having the actuals appear under the Spend Amount Column?

When I go to Posted Transactions I can see transactions.

    Hello Nuxavia,

You have to help us here a bit understanding the issue.

With capital project you mean an investment type project; is that right?

What is the difference between a capital category and an operating category? Is this something that has been modified?

    About the budget allocation:

There is no rule that enforces configuring a budget in general. Is it possible that somebody forgot / overlooked creating a budget here?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi,

What AX2012 version do you operate exactly? R2, R3 and which CU is installed?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Nuxavia,

I double checked that in a similar system environment and things worked fine.

Have you setup the funding limits before or after costs have been posted?

Do the transactions that you recorded on your project have costs associated or did you only record and post fees?

    Best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hello Nuxavia,

Have you tried testing this issue in a different demo / test environment?

Do you see the same error there?

Would be great if you could keep us informed.

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig

    Hi Ludwig,

Sorry for the delayed response as I was away for some time.

The transactions recorded on your project have costs associated with them.

    Thanks,

    Nuxavia

    Hi Ludwig,

The issue is there is no error message and for some other projects the project budget spent amount populates fine.

    Kind regards,

    Nuxavia

    Hi Nuxavia,

Can you possibly share some screenprints that illustrate the steps you executed?

Also, can you let us know the exact system version that you use?

    Many thanks and best regards,

    Ludwig
