    Hi Pardha,

    Can you please enable the CRM Platform traces while reproducing the behavior? Do you see any errors there?

    If you don't then this might be a client side issue - as it timeouts waiting for a reply from the server.

    Regards,

    Radu

    HI Pardha,

    What Timeout are you getting? is it a SQL Timeout or a Web Timeout? You could enable some CRM Platform traces to confirm. Depending on the type of timeout it is, the troubleshooting is also different.

    Regarding the steps you mentioned above, after increasing the OLEDBTimeout and ExtendedTimeout, did you also increase the timeouts in the crm web.config?

    Click Start, click All Programs, click Administrative Tools, and then click Internet Information Services (IIS) Manager.

    Expand the server name, and then expand Web Sites.

    Right-click the Microsoft CRM v3.0 Web site or the Microsoft CRM v4.0 Web site, and then click Open.

    Right-click the Web.config file, click Open With, and then click Notepad.

    In Notepad, locate the following line.

    <httpRuntime executionTimeout="300" maxRequestLength="8192"/>

    Change executionTimeout="3600" and change maxRequestLength="20000".

    Save and then close the Web.config file.

    Also, did you perform an IISReset afterwards, to refresh the settings?

    Regards,

    Radu
