Currently setting up Contract Administration in Field Service and when billing contracts the inventory Site ID for the items is not being populated in the created SOP invoice. Hence they won't post. How do we get the inventory site id to populate?

would you share what your trigger looks like? we have the same senario, need to populate multiple site ids for a national customer, but all lines are defaulting to our default site id inside of SOP set up.

    Hi Shabareesh,

Thank-you for the reply, I wrote a trigger on the SOP10200 table that takes the Site ID SVC00601 table as my Customer has a requirement for multiple Site ID's.

    Thanks

    Hi,

While billing the contracts if the default Site ID is not been defined in SOP Setups (Sales >> Setup >> Sales Order Processing) then the Site ID will not be populated in the SOP invoice.

To get the Site ID populated for the SOP Invoice created through the billing contracts, you need to define the default Site ID in the SOP setup window(Sales >> Setup >> Sales Order Processing)

    Thanks
