Has anyone else had issues with information from the class when converting master records like customers, vendors and items when using Rapidstart Migration tools and/or Integration Manager?
For example, I set up all of my customer classes in GP. Then, I have a customer master file and each record has a customer class ID assigned to it. When I import the records using either tool, the customer class id shows up on the customer card, but none of the GL accounts or settings from the class take effect until I use the lookup button next to Class ID on the Customer Card and double click the class again, then click "yes" to the message asking if I want to roll down changes from the customer class. Again, this happens with customers, vendors and items.
Am I missing something? Anyone else run into this issue?
