Hello,

I am trying to add shortcut to my project using the steps:

  1. Choose a project of yours that has only 1 line
  2. Click on My View
  3. Save
  4. Click the Options tab at the top.
  5. pastedimage1684136308837v1.png
  6. Click Add to workspace to open the drop dialog.
  7. pastedimage1684136363659v2.png
  8. In the Workspace field select Project Management.
  9. pastedimage1684136384979v3.png
  10. In the Presentation field, select Tile. (It usually defaults to Tile).
  11. pastedimage1684136416692v4.png
  12. Click Configure.
  13. pastedimage1684136432088v5.png
    1. In the Name for tab field, type a name that will be meaningful to you. This is a personalization that only you will have.
    2. pastedimage1684136520277v6.png
    3. Select No in the Show count on the tile field. If you want this, you can keep yes.
    4. pastedimage1684136533154v7.png
    5. Click OK.
    6. Close the page.
    7. Close D365 and reopen it.
    8. Click the Project management workspace.
    9. pastedimage1684136647596v9.png
Right click on the tile you just created
  14. Choose Personalize.
  15. pastedimage1684136694079v10.png
  16. Select the Pin to dashboard check box.
  17. pastedimage1684136707175v11.png
  18. Close the page.
  19. Your Project Management workspace will now have the shortcut.
  20. pastedimage1684136736920v12.png
  21. If you want to remove the tile, right click on the tile and click Remove.

But, I can not see the saved workspace. I tried usage data clear.

Thanks,

AyuSri.

    Hi aayushii,

I'm not able to understand what your issue at this moment is. In the screenshots you shared, I do see the tile. Can you clarify your question? Did you follow the steps but get stuck at one particular step?

    Hi,

We have had a similar issue but on another page. Filters from saved views were not applied when the saved view was opened via a workspace tile. Solution for us was to disable "Saved views performance enhancement" feature. Check if the feature is enabled on your environment. If so, disable it and try again to open your saved view from  your workspace.
