Adding a field to a grid which references another table

I want to show all POs against each record in reason comment column but now record is only shown in first row and it change when I click another row. Picture are given below:-

    I think you are using a display method. Is it correct?

    Have you selected dataSource in the properties of the control?

    Where did you write the method (Table,Form_ds or form)

    Is it possible for you to share the method?
