Cannot access cases from Entitlements

Hi All,

I am currently unable to access cases from entitlement entity's case sub-grid. The system throws contact admin error.

My security role is System Admin and checked relationships as well as views. Everything looks fine.

Any idea what might be wrong?

    Hi

    I would first rule out few things before you do further investigation into this issue.

    01. Try from different browsers

    02. Clear browser cache and try again

    03. Try from different machine and also using different accounts

    If all of the above yield the same results, please share some screenshots of the cases subgrid and also screenshot of any filter criteria on that view

    Check if there are any custom code like JavaScript or plugins on the case entity that might be throwing this error.

    It’s online CRM 365 and yes I have access to cases.

    Hello,

    Are you able to access the cases from the case entity directly without going from the entitlements?

    If it is onpremises environment, check the event viewer for more details or enable the trace on the crm server.
