The file will be uploaded sometime this week. Below is my response from the question above. I will try to let you know when this file is live on CustomerSource. Let me know if you have any questions.
"I talked to the content owner and the file will be available this week. Here's the information in the overview: We will be releasing our Mid Year (July) Tax Update for Canadian Payroll the Week of July 5th. This update will include changes to Newfoundland (Labrador) and Nova Scotia. I will try to notify the community when the file has gone live on CustomerSource. "

thanks for the reply. I went to this page, it mentions the file name and size, but there is no url to download the file, it is not clickable.

The information is located on CustomerSource @ https://mbs.microsoft.com/customersource/downloads/taxupdates/cagptuye2010.htm?printpage=false&stext=2010 . To access CustomerSource you will need to be on active service plan. If your company is on a active service and you don't have access to CustomerSource let me know and I can help you get access.
