CRM 2016 Ribbon Menu Bar vanished

We have upgraded the CRM 2013 to CRM 2016, we have three two organization

We are facing issue one organization which CRM Menu Ribbon bar was hidden for all users including administrator.

Can you please check advice? What is the issue do I need any other settings.

Process i did already . Cleared all the bower cache , delete the cookies , heavy refresh Ctrl+F5

am facing this issue all the browser for all the user log in ..

I have debugged while running am receiving this error..

"SCRIPT1002: Syntax error

RibbonLayout.js.aspx (1,1)"

i didn't do any customization ...

awaiting for the reply.

Try with different browser and if it doesn't resolve your issue, i would suggest you to contact with Microsoft support

Hi,

Does it happening for all entity ? or particular entity?

Have you did any customization in the ribbon for this entity where it is not showing ?

I would suggest go to Ribbon Work Bench tool and open the entity see you can see the button or not , if you can found the button simply publish.

In addition you can also refresh using ctrl+f5 and clear all cache , different browser as suggested by Shahbaaz.

Thanks for the reply i have tried all the browser (Mozilla,edge,Chrome,IE ) am facing the same error.

Yes its happening for all the entities, I didn't do any customization on ribbonm, I cant able to see the ribbon workbench tool as well. i cleared the cache , did the ctrl + f5 still facing the same issue.

While form Customization also i cant able to see the ribbon in the TOP.

Its fixed by Installing the patch and latest version 8.2
