    Hi Ben.Tong,

Can you please confirm if you have successfully restored the organization database into your SQL server?

You would also see these errors when there are connectivity issues with the SQL server. Do you have any issue accessing CRM?

If so, it would be good idea to check if the port 1433 is not blocked on the SQL server machine and also the CRM server.

If you are still facing the issue, please add the DMSnapIn logs so, that I can look into the stack traces.

    Regards,

    Vivek

Hi, The logs are clearly showing that Reporting Services are stopped and CRM cannot connect to it. When creating default Organization reporting services are not mandatory but when creating a new organization Reporting services are mandatory.
