Hi
I have a colleague who is based in the USA, I have been trying to teach her how to use the report designer she can open the application and see all boxes marked Report definitions etc.. so the far left of the screen and they can see the top task bar..but the actual central part..just never appears.
I have never seen this before so any thought or help would be appreciated

Please check with her to try to log in in different system / computer and try again.
If that not works, please raise issue with Microsoft.
I haven't seen the issue before.

yes i have checked, they have designer level access... the screen shot is showing what she can not see..

Can you share some screenshot of issues?
Check if she has designer level access.
Is it happen suddenly, while she had full access or this is the first time she accessed MR Designer?
