Hi friends,

I have installed MSCRM 2013 on server 2012 with SQL server 2012. MSCRM 2013 running smoothly. Now I am installing email router 2013. A popup message is displaying  "There is no email program associated to perform the requested action. Please install an email program or, if one is already installed, create an association in the Default Programs control panel."

I observe that setup is looking for a MAPI mail client. My question is can I ignore this and click on next button otherwise there is any solution.

    I have resolved . The solution is install exchange mapi.

    Hello Purwar,

    I am having a similar issue with a Dynamics GP ISV product popping the same message. I too want to just ignore this as we do not want to load outlook on this server to setup the email functionality.

    Did the exchange MAPI you installed have any adverse side-effects to the machine that you did not want?
