Anyone had issues with displaying Business Rule Recommendation on CRM field?
My situation is that the blue (i) icon of Recommendation from Business Rule does not appear on form. I tested the same Business Rule with an Error (red icon with cross) instead of Recommendation, that works fine. But when BR is set to provide Recommendation, that Recommendation icon is not appearing.
If I include other steps in the same Business Rule, that works fine - so the Business Rule as such works, just not the Recommendations part. Simply nothing happens with Recommendations, it's a blank space instead of the icon.
Also I tested it on different entities, different fields. Tested basically all possible variations of conditions and actions to get the recommendation to appear, but still no luck.
I have suspicion that this is somehow related to something specific about CRM environment ... but what exactly? Form rendering (legacy/Turbo)? Something else?
Tested the same in a different environment, identical Business Rule and it works fine. So it should be somehow related to the specific environment.
Both environments is Dynamics 365 CRM 8.2, Online. Recommendation works in one but doesn't work in another one.
Hope someone had a similar situation and can provide some ideas and suggestions, thanks in advance!
