Hello All ,
CRM Server App server which has the email router set up in it. All the outgoing emails are having Delays while sending, having Pending send .I assume that CRM is having hard time to communicate with Email router .
Email Router Service is running under Local System Account.Please provide any valuable Suggestion to improve the speed of email send and Receive in CRM.

Check your email router and make sure that you have incoming and outgoing profile to each user.
