I have configured the Customer self Domain email for sending retail customers at Mpos level.
Recently I have received another requested to add the another domain email to D365 fo.
Parent and subsidiary companies are different domains both needs to be configured in D365 FO- retail.
My customer has two type of retail stores which are like Parent company retail store email ( Parent@ xxx.com ) and subsidiary company retail store subsidaiary@yyy.com.
Both are available in D365 FO- retail application.
I have already configured the subsidiary email like subsidaiary@yyy.com which is in use now.
Customer requested me that below scenarios
1---> if Customer sells at subsidiary retail store, email needs to be triggered from subsidaiary@yyy.com to retail store users. it is working in Production
2--> if Customer sells at Parent retail store ,email needs to be triggered from Parent@ xxx.com to retail store users. how to achieve this scenarios
2point- I have done customization for sending retail user from Parent@ xxx.com email. which is not triggered but it is working with another subsidaiary1@yyy.com Email only.
Please let me know how to achieve this

You can create a Power Automate flow that listens to the business event, and sends email.
