Hi all,

I am facing an issue with BPA (Business Performance Analytics) reports in Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

Issue:
I am able to open the BPA reports, but no data is visible in the reports.

Error Message:
"Power BI data refresh failed. Your data is current as of the last successful refresh on 12/23/2025. Please check again later or contact your administrator if the issue persists."

Details:

BPA has been installed successfully.
I have assigned all the required BPA-related security roles/permissions.
The issue occurs for all BPA reports.
Reports open successfully, but visuals are not showing any data due to refresh failures.

Has anyone faced a similar issue or knows what additional configuration or permissions are required for BPA dataset refresh and report data visibility?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Hi Kishor,

Do you have the same behavior when having the system administrator role assigned? Do you see any issue when you navigate to the Diagnostics page?

1.Yes Even though I have system administrator role I'm having the same issue.

2. I don't see any see issue in Diagnostics page.
