Is there a way to integrate fixed assets with Jobs to monitor actual spend vs budgets

If you are thinking about using the Jobs module for running a project where you acquire a fixed asset for internal use in your company that is not a good match.
Then you should rather look at the fixed asset budget.

If you put some more details in question then I can answer more specific. As per my knowledge there is no integration between Fixed Assets and Jobs module.
If you want to monitor actual costs and budgeted costs in Jobs you can use Job planning lines for budgeting and then use Job journal to post actual costs. You can see statistics as well on Job card and report that can be useful.
