Income Statement Closed with Balance

Posted on by 15

Hello everyone.

We are working with a client helping him with the closing year process. We made the closing of the fiscal year in NAV. Then we made the closing of the Income Statement. Once this process was made, some income/expense accounts were left with a balance. We checked that the accounting accounts are well configured and that there are no transactions left without posting.

I enclose the print of one account left with balance

If anyone could help us with this, we would really appreciate it.

Thank you! Regards,

RE: Income Statement Closed with Balance

When looking at the "G/L Account No." format  (4314.01.01) ...   is that a customer from Mexico ?  NA version?

The only thing I see is that the last transaction (probably from the close income statement batch - REP 94) has a Posting Date "U31/12/2019" where the filter works with "C31/12/2019" .

    How does that work?

If you filter for all G/L Entries on this G/L Account ... do you get the entries?
