How do i use queues in dynamics 365 sales

    Hi Kaisha,

    Edit the app designer of Sales Hub, add Queue and Queue Item.

    Then edit its site map, add two sub areas for Queue and Queue Item.

    Then you can create and manage queues in Sales Hub.
