Global date variable?

hello, i need to have a date attribute which is the same value for each record and can be updated every so often. how could i accomplish this?

    You can achieve this by creating a calculated date field and specifying the value as an action.

    You can also use the Fx formula column.
    I created a formula column that can display the current time.
     
    For all records, the column shows the same time.
