AX 3.0 and Windows 10

We have a huge AX 3.0 running and we suddenly started to have some problems with our Windows 10 clients.

I know it’s an old Ax but as it is know there are no chances to get it upgraded, so instead I have to find the problem.

As mentioned the problem is only with our Windows 10 clients and only when using the calendar function, exsample in our ordre module if we want to change the date, Axapta throw and “intern error in script” and then some of the menus disappears, then we have close and open the client 4-5 times before it’s normal again, this is only happening on our Windows 10 clients.

Windows 10 is not a supported OS for AX3.

What you could do is to run the AX client on a supported OS and publish it to your users via RemoteApp.

As you know the support for AX3 ended years before Windows 10 was published. I think you should plan moving to a supported version. Anyway you can't use your current system forever.

Try to reinstall the software of your OS, may be your computer or device is not compatible with the OS you are using. Have tried to check the compatibility? Try to reinstall it. Go2top.

Hello,

If you change the property "ShowRowlabels" to "No",
the control will work correctly.
