I can't access Dynamics 365 Customer Service Professional (In the first time, Not sure how I need to setup?)
So I buy licenses two types, is Dynamics 365 Customer Service Professional and Dynamics 365 Sales Professional.
Hi,
Since you have purchased the licenses, here is an overview of the next steps:
-Create users in Office 365 and assign the purchased licenses to the users for them to be able to access Dynamics. Refer: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-users-assign-online-security-roles
-Login to the Power Platform admin center as a Global administrator and create an environment with a database and the required Dynamics apps enabled. Refer: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-environment and https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-environment#create-an-environment-with-a-database
-Once the environment is provisioned, click open the environment from the Power Platform admin center and it is ready to use. It will look something like this:
-For additional users who have the Dynamics licenses assigned, you will need to have security roles assigned by the Global administrator within the environment. Refer: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-platform/admin/create-users-assign-online-security-roles
