I am creating an Item Counting Journal. ItemCounting > Counting > Lines > Create > On Hand.
I am facing a problem wherein the unused product variants are still being loaded. I understand that we could just easily indicate it in the AX standard query, but the problem is there is just a lot.
Is there any way we could disable the inventory item with a specific style?
Thanks and regards.
Hi,
You can or exclude items by using the 'Stoppped' for inventory on the default order settings and then adjust the query to exclude the stopped items.
You can also consider a customization.
Hi Anjlsanchez, as Andre suggest you can consider stop this item.
Hi All,
Thank you for the response. This item could not be considered deleted since the only problem is there are styles variant that was added incorrectly.
Using the "Stopped" inventory would affect other valid style variants as well. Is there other way except for indicating it in the AX query?
Thanks and regards,
Angelo
Hi Angelo,
I overlooked the variants in your question. The only option besides the query would be then a customization.
suggest me in removal of : : after the product variant name in d365fo
example: abcd: c4 : :
