Sql server time out error

All of a sudden today when tried log in into CRM dynamics online i am facing "SQL server timeout error ". Same error for everyone at the office who are using MSD CRM. After giving credentials for login it shows login successful comment and keeps loading and loading finally gives this error. we are using online CRM so can't fiddle with back end programming. if some one knows or faced similar issue, please reply with ideas or solution.

If it's CRM Online, then you should raise a support ticket with Microsoft

Do you have any change related to Dynamics CRM application like configured Outlook Office etc.

Dear alok thanks for reply.

No changes were made. I'm the only administrator. All of a sudden it happened and stayed there for 4 hours and then everything went back being alright. Please throw some light on this if you know.

Unfortunately msd crm implementation for our company done by third party and we don't have any kind of support ties either with third party or with Microsoft.

But I would like to know. In our situation will Microsoft sup port us ?

And as I said the problem was there for 4 hours straight and vanished thereafter
