Dear Team,
We have installed CRM 2016 on premise and our company Sales People are using the system.
And now we are planning to upgrade from CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365 On premise and use mobile app for CRM.
So i want to confirm the below questions for the above points.
1. Do we need to purchase Dynamics 365 On premise licenses or CRM 2016 licenses will work if we can upgrade from CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365?
2. If we upgrade from CRM 2016 to Dynamics 365 On premise and configure IFD then can we access CRM in the latest Dynamics 365 APP from Mobiles?
Can anybody please suggest on these things.
