Keep receiving error messages in Advanced Settings

Hi all,

I am trying to check my email configuration settings but I am unable to do anything as I keep getting these errors:

My Mailbox's screen also doesn't seem to fully load either:

Can anyone help? I have left it for a few hours to see if it was something to do with the servers but it still isn't fixed.

    Hi md7,

    Have you tried to clear cache of the browser or change other browsers to test it?

    Or try to access email configuration in the PPAC:

    --Environments > Settings > Email

    If it doesn't work, I suggest you create a support ticket for professional assistance following the below procedure.

    Hi Leah,

    Thanks for getting back to me. I logged in this morning and tried viewing the mailboxes through the envrionment settings and it worked straight away. I also tried the email config settings in the normal place and it also worked straight away. Strange. Thanks for spending your time to reply.
