I have purchased 5 subscriptions for sales professional and it says i am licensed in office 365 but when i try log in it says i am not authorized. Does anyone know how to solve this?

Hi,

Are you trying to log into D365 admin center and getting the error?

Please share more information on where you are getting the error , a screenshot would be helpful.

When logging in to the sales professional app this screen came up.

Hi,

Thanks for the screenshot.

I am not sure why you are going to this URL, If you have the license just log into CRM and use the sales application. If you want to log into the ad,min center use https://portal.office.com
