Resource Not Found in dictionary error when Printing 1099 Forms using GP 2015R2 and the Menu Bar Command Display

Our customer reported the Resource Not Found in dictionary error when printing 1099's. Turns out that the customer was using the user preference Menu Bar command display. Changing the user preference to either Action Pane or Action Pane strip resolved the issue.
