Authorize.net <--> Business Central

Hello and thank you in advance for your time,

We have switched, very recently, to the Business Central (BC) cloud solution, and are looking now to connect our CC abilities to BC.

*I disclaim that I have looked at every app available in the store, and reached out to all compatible providers that I could find and still have not found the right solution.

We currently use Authorize.net and have a credit card processor who we are keeping definitively, so we are looking for tech that will link BC to our auth.net portal for a data feed, and preferably have a nice interface .

Does anyone know of a solution that fits this scenario? I promise I have racked my brain trying to find something, and am now humbly asking for minds more aware than mine for help or guidance.

Thank you sincerely for your consideration.

Best,

Ryan

    Why don’t you create an Azure Function that acts like a “middle tier” between D365BC and your external application and in this function you have the logic for authentication with Authorize.Net?

    That's brilliant, Stefano! I am not very familiar, but I will begin to research. Thank you for your guidance.

    I am curious, what would you suggest as a "best resource" for investigating further this build?

    Hi Ryan - I know that your post was from 2020, but I'm curious what you ended up with in regards to using Authorize.net with Business Central.

    I was wondering how Authrorize.net's all-in-one option (as merchant account and a payment gateway) would work with Business Central or Dynamics 365 and if that's even a possibility.

    Thanks,

    Carene
