Publish workspace with added elements

Hello!
 
I have made some changes to the /Project management workspace/ and want to publish the personal view to the project management role.
When i try to publish the view I get the following the error:

Why do I get this error and what is the best way to publish changes to a workspace to a group of user?

    Hi Andreas,
     
    Via the menu System administration > Setup > Personalization, an administrator can view all personal views and publish them as organizational view. After that task, it would be possible to publish these workspace views.

    Oh, yes that's correct!
