Hello all,
I'm currently facing an error when starting initial sync in two data entities. The message error does not say much and it has been difficult to find what could be wrong. This is only happening with two mappings, I've been able to sync almost 50 with no errors. This is the error that I'm getting in the ones with issues, have you guys seen that error before?
Type=Microsoft.Dynamics.Integrator.Exceptions.IntegratorClientException, Msg=Type=Microsoft.Dynamics.Integrator.Exceptions.IntegratorClientException, Msg=FinOps export encountered an error.(Type=Microsoft.PowerApps.CoreFramework.Communication.Http.NonSuccessHttpResponseException, StatusCode=BadRequest, Msg=Server returned non-success HTTP response)
When I click on the View execution log, I got the following error:
Record does not exist in 'DMFDefinitionGroupExecution'
Can you try checking the output on the View execution log button on action pane and view staging data button.
Thanks,
Girish S.
Hi, Can you try exporting the data entity to file (Csv or Excel). If exporting correctly, then check if there is any filter in the Dual write map. Also, refreshing data entity and refreshing tables in map might help.
There is a yammer group for Dual-Write, you can join the group and post your query there as well.
Hi Girish.
Thanks for helping me out. I went to projects and check the project created for that mapping and under Job History I did not see anything. Should I check another place to get more logs?
Thank you!
Hi Victor,
I think data management project will be created for the integration under System Administration module. You can see on that project page to get more details of the error.
Thanks,
Girish S.
