Dynamic 365 Business Central - turns off when trying to open a certain screen

When I´m trying to open a certain screen the app out of suddenly turns off, in the event viewer I see this info below but do not know what is really going on, can you help me please (this is an production environment):

    Hello,

    The build you showed in the error log is of CU05. We just releases CU20. Best would be to verify if the scenario can still be reproduced in CU20:

    support.microsoft.com/.../cumulative-update-20-for-microsoft-dynamics-365-business-central-april

    If you raise a support request with Microsoft, you will be asked for a repro using CU20 first.
