
Settings - Data Management - Duplicate Detection Jobs - Fails when I try a duplicate detection. Job status doesn't change to complete, and email is never sent. This is for a scheduled Job - it finds the duplicate when I save and so on, but the scheduled job never gets out of the gate at the set time.

I have the same question (0)Thanks to my company sysadmin, I learned that there are domain users: CRMAppSvc, CRMAPSvc, CRMDepSvc, and CRMSandboxSvc. These user account settings had to be revised by checking the 'password never expires' box. This came up while trying to import data. I got an email later noting that this duplicate detection had run.
