Purchase requisition lines with different financial dimensions

I have a scenario in which adding multiple lines on purchase requisition is setting different financial dimensions to each line. I need to confirm that is it possible or this is error causing because of faulty customization?

Can one PR have different lines having different FDs(having same project)?

Also From where these financial dimensions is initialized?project?requisitioner?
