Can two projects be combined in GP? Our construction Department has decided to merge two existing projects into one. I know I could make a Misc Log to move the amounts but would then lose history.

Our construction Department has decided to merge two existing projects into one. I know I could make a Misc Log to move the amounts but would then lose history. I want to avoid having to search in 2 different projects to get a complete history.
