We have a CRM Setup in our office that keeps having my account locked out, I changed the password yesterday, but today the password has been reverted to it's old one and I am still having these issues. I am not sure what could be causing it. I confirmed its not the ADFS server that is causing it and I checked the services and any scheduled tasks and I am not finding anything under my user account. Is it possible someone is trying to log in my account via the CRM server without my knowledge? Any other places a password might be stored that I may have forgotten?
