CRM server keeps locking out account

Hi,

We have a CRM Setup in our office that keeps having my account locked out, I changed the password yesterday, but today the password has been reverted to it's old one and I am still having these issues. I am not sure what could be causing it. I confirmed its not the ADFS server that is causing it and I checked the services and any scheduled tasks and I am not finding anything under my user account. Is it possible someone is trying to log in my account via the CRM server without my knowledge? Any other places a password might be stored that I may have forgotten?

    I don't have CRM on my machine, but maybe it got installed on someone else's machine under my account

    How did the password get reverted - did you do it or did it just get reverted?

    I Changed the password back to see if it would resolve the issue but this doesn't seem to have fixed it. I should also say that I have removed myself as a deployment administrator, and it hasn't locked out my account for more then 2 hours... I will give it a few days but fingers crossed.

    I don't have full access to everything in Orion so I get prompted for a username and password when I go into the System Configuration tab. When I enter my username and password it gives me an error message. "The specified credentials are invalid. Please specify a valid Orion NCM user and password"

    I have access to other tabs but not the configs tab.

    When I have to change my AD password and then open Orion my AD password gets locked out. I suppose because the old password is still in the configs tab.  If I try to clear the username and password in the configs tab it won't let me. error: The Orion server cannot access the SolarWinds Information Service. The exact error was 'The username cannot be empty.'

    I can put the new password in every time my AD password changes but since I don't have access to the configs tab anyway it just seems annoying.

    Any help on this will be appreciated.
