Dynamics On-premise "The Resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable"

Hi all,

Recently in our on-premise 7.0.0.3543 2015 CRM solution one of our users has had an issue where when they try to log on to the CRM they Get "The Resource you are looking for has been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable", they are using the same link as other users that are unaffected, and have the same permissions.

Does anyone know what could be causing this issue?

Have you had the user try an 'In-Private' or 'In-Cognito' mode on their browser? Is this user accessing that link differently than the other users, such as using VPN?

Hi Efrain,

All users o our system should only have access to Edge, and Private mode is disabled.

Also, I should add that the user can access our Live environment, but not our Test environment.
