Hi

I am testing Business Alerts in GP 2015 R2, and I have a notification being sent to a GP id. The GP id is not receiving the notification in their tasks on the Home Page. Any suggestions for troubleshooting this issue?

    The SQL Server Agent was disabled in SSMS.
