
We are having an issue with email tracking on custom entities. If I set the “set regarding” field in outlook to an account the tracking works fine. However if I point it at a custom entity it shows as tracked but the email does not show up in the entity form? Anybody have an ideas ?

I have the same question (0)check whether custom has activities enabled in customization? if its enabled check the closed activity section of the entity form mostly you will find it. If you dont see it in the closed activty section do the advance find based on the email with title . If you can't find using advanced find that means email is not tracked into the crm.
