Incorrect close options on a new entity

Posted on by 25

Hi,

I have created a new Entity to help me manage Change Request within CRM for all out software solutions but the only options I have for manage these are 'De-active' and 'Activate'?

Although I have set the various Status Reasons, I can not find a way to change the Status options 'Close' and 'Re-open' - is this possible?

Thank you

G

Then you can do it using ribbon work bench. You can change the display name for those two buttons for the same entity. If you need further assistance to implement the same let us know. We will guide you

    Hi naZir

As Alex (below mentioned) I would like to change 'De-active' to 'Close' and 'Activate' to 'Re-Open'.

I have a feeling you are asking about this, but I'm not sure:

Close and re-open are just titles of those buttons.. so Ribbon Workbench is what you need if you want to change those titles.

As per my understanding, you want to avail the same feature like in activity i.e. open, close, completed in your custom entity. Please explain it more clearly
