Dynamics GP Install on XenApp 6

I am trying to install a streaming profile for Dynamics GP 2010 client on XenApp 6 without much luck.
Here are the steps I followed:

1. Create client install package from GP install CD
2. Install package in 1 using the streaming profiler
3. Run Dynamics Utility within streaming profiler and allow for account framework sync
4. Save profiler and stream through XenApp delivery

The problem I run into is that when I run the published App, I get a log in screen but the server
field is blank. I can enter in a UN and PW, but can't get any further than that. My guess is there is some sort of registry entry or something I need to do on install but I can't seem find the documentation to show me how to do this.
