Item Availability Report by variant

(1) ShareShare
ReportReport
Posted on by 211
Hi,

I am trying to run the Inventory Availability report, but I don't seem to find a way to specify the report by variant. Am I missing something? Is there any other report to have the item availability by variant by filtering for a specific location?

There is a checkmark to use stockkeeping units, but we don't use those, do we need to set those up by variant in order to have the report by variant as well?

Thanks,
Giovanni

    Hello,

You can filter totals by desired variant(s) as you can see below image.

    Thanks.

    Thank you Umut Dogan Koc,

This is not quite what I am looking for as basically all of our products have variants, and I need the details of each. Using a wild card (*) gives me the sum of all variants for each product, not the detail.

    Thank you Valentin Castravet,

This is what I do for one product at the time, but I need a report for all variants (we need to export that to Excel, change a few things, and share it with our customers). This only works for one product at the time.

    Thank youYUN ZHU,

Inventory Valuation seems to be what I am looking for, but it seems I see what you see for W1 (although I should be in FR). I will investigate more.

    Thank you Khushbu Rajvi.,

There is some useful information on your link: we might end up building a Power BI report so we can fully customize the export to our needs and export it automatically with Power Automate. Probably easier and more flexible than working with the provided reports.
