dear all
I have a workflow that executes and sends an email, i need to know what variable holds the current logged in user in order to include it in the email.
to explain , i need to a statement in the email like "Please contact XYZUser" (the user who executed the workflow) especially that all emails are sent with one email account.
thanks,

Hi Ahmad ,
If you don't want to create custom workflow I would suggest to create a custom User lookup field in the base entity. Now create one parent workflow which will update first with login user in the custom lookup and then start child workflow get the user field value to send the email.
Hope below reference will helps you -
