Hi,

This is regarding OneNote Integration with CRM.

I have tested OneNote with few more users and started getting below errors.

I have attached 3 screenshots attached having three different errors.

Please look into this and suggest a solution as we would like to start working on OneNote as soon as possible.

a. "An error has occurred. Try this action again. ........... Error: 0X80040216 ".

b. "The remote server returned 401 unauthorised error....... Error: 0X800608b4"

c. "We couldn't display the Notebook. Please try agin or restart the app, or contact your administrator. Error: 0X80060719".

Please look into this and revert with the solution.

    Hi

    Have you followed this guide?

    www.microsoft.com/.../set-up-and-use-onenote-in-crm.aspx

Also is the same error present with a different browser?

I am still having the problems as described.  It does not happen all the time, but it does happen.  I do not think the "Configuration guide" for setup is the solution, so I do not understand why it was marked as the solution.

    Has anyone resolved this?

    Hi all,

I have solved the issue. So basically OneNote is created under SharePoint site. So all the users for whom you are creating OneNote for, should have access under a directory in SharePoint.

Now please check the SharePoint site and give permission to the user and you will not get the error then.

    Regards

    Deepak

    Good day to you,

Upon checking the OneNote record on the order today, we are able to access it.  Nothing was changed.

    Why would this happen?

    Will

Also, The person who was trying to modify this Onenote, is the same person who created it in June. Why would the access change?

Where should I go to confirm the security settings?
