Hi, we are having great difficult figuring out something we think should be pretty simple. We have a handful of SmartLists we'd like to add to My Reports as links (which we can do by checking the box next to the desired one in SmartList Favorites and selecting Add To - My Reports), but not all of the reports are visible that we see in the SmartList Favorites Pane.
I found this article that suggests if a user can’t see certain SmartLists it’s a security issue. I created a Security Task and Security Role as it suggests, assigned it to the account in question, and re-logged in. No change.

**Update: We think it's because they are from IPT by WillowWare. Is there a trick to getting 3rd party SmartLists selectable as My Reports Favorites?
