Hello,
I'm trying to see if there's a way in Dynamics 365 HR to set up a workflow for employees to ask for an approved leave request to be canceled by HR or a manager.

This could be done using a Reason code as a trigger condition for workflow.
However, there is no 'cancel' funtion at the moment for an approved request, so the manager/HR would have to submit a leave request (with zero day(s)) on behalf of the worker. It would be simpler to get workers to cancel their own leave requests (if this fits with policy).
